Inspired by Nature at Carleen Bright Arboretum

The Carleen Bright Arboretum provided a greenery-filled backdrop for this nature-inspired styled shoot. We kicked up the glamour by inviting Pendley Party Productions to drape the venue's entire gazebo in flowy, white fabric. The look the draping accomplished was an ethereal, garden vibe that would make any bride feel like she was in a fairy tale.

The floral arrangements, created by HEB Blooms, included cascading eucalyptus and greenery that not only framed the entrance to the famous gazebo, but also provided a picturesque overhang over the center of the head table. A simple DIY wooden frame, created by Heavenly Weddings, was stained to match the arboretum’s elegant windows and provided the perfect place for the greenery to reside.

Pendley Party Productions made sure that each place setting was adorned with copper and dusty blue accents, including a small, sparkling geode that included the name of each guest. Although this was a simple touch, it created a stunning effect.

The bride's glowing makeup look, created by She's All About That Face, was as fresh and sunny as the arboretum. And her long, brown hair was styled into a half up-do by the stylists from La Bella Salon & Beauty Lounge, allowing for playful waves to cascade down her back. The bride's fit and flare dress from JoAnn's Bridal hugged her curves and stood out among the foliage of the outdoor venue.

The couple celebrated their nuptials with colored smoke bombs to create a unique photo effect captured beautifully by Loved Memories Photography. Not only did the dusty blue accent color make an appearance in the photos, but it also showed up in the nature-inspired cake designs that included texture-rich thistles and copper-colored calligraphy.
