Meghan + Jack

Meghan and Jack met while helping some mutual friends move to Fort Hood. Jack was taken with his future bride, and asked her out for the following weekend. The two have been together ever since.

The couple were inseparable until the day came when Jack was set to deploy to Korea for nine months. Although Meghan and Jack knew they’d be together forever, it was hard to think they wouldn’t be on the same continent. One night before his deployment, when the couple was having a quiet night at Meghan’s apartment, Jack got down on one knee and proposed to his then girlfriend. That day was May 7, 2015, and they were married exactly one year later.

The couple wanted a vintage, rustic feel to their big day, so the decorations and old, blue truck that their venue provided were the perfect touches to Meghan and Jack’s wedding day. These touches included vintage books, lanterns, and antlers.

The two celebrated with family and friends at what they call their “dream wedding,” and then jetted off for an Alaskan cruise and land tour.
