This country girl and her cowboy first met in high school but didn’t reconnect until a few years ago when they were both living back in their hometown of Waco. A relationship soon blossomed, and in May Phil proposed to his bride-to-be at their favorite picnic spot on the Brazos River. The couple will marry this January in Kyle, TX in a rustic dance hall, complete with cowboy hats and boots.
