Deerfield Estates is a historic timber frame premier wedding and event
space 10 miles north of Waco and Baylor, designed to cater to the
C-suite and weddings. The 4200 sq. ft. project is built on 11 acres at
the intersection of Spring Lake Road and Deerfield Drive, and is nestled
in in a parklike setting of native Texas trees and vegetation and
surrounded by beautiful rose gardens. The unique spacious
auditorium will be able to accommodate 275. The interior space at
Deerfield Estates can be transformed in multiple ways to accommodate
wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings/events and family
reunions, galas, fundraisers, product launches, holiday parties, Bar and
Bat Mitzvahs and more.
The historic timber frame was
originally hand-hewn in the 1840's in the northeastern Pennsylvania
settlement of Newtown. We call it "The Barn" out of respect for its
original purpose centuries ago when it was first built by English
settlers on the east coast of the U.S.
Any event is a moment of
history, and Deerfield Estates is a historic space from an American era
long past where to create new history.
