This couple met in high school and kept their relationship going through the pandemic. After attending the same college, the two got engaged in October of 2022 when John planned an elaborate proposal at Stillhouse Hollow Lake. He even threw a surprise engagement party for his bride-to-be at a nearby restaurant and invited the couple’s friends and family. The two will become husband and wife in a rustic, bohemian wedding at the Carleen Bright Arboretum in February of 2024.
