With a love as sweet as the waffles served at their Sunday brunch wedding, this couple spent their day enjoying delicious food and wonderful company.
When Karl decided to pop the question to Belva, he knew including all of her children was a must! He called each one and let them in on his plan. They somehow managed to get Belva up to her work place (Georgio’s Bridal!) on her day off. When she arrived, everything was set up beautifully, including a cake with the words “Will you marry me?” on the top!
Being a part of the wedding industry for years, Belva knew she wanted a palette of delicate whites and ivories. She also knew she wanted a Sunday brunch wedding – something that really made her big day unique! She also knew that she (and her daughters) would all be walking down the aisle in beautiful gowns from Georgio’s Bridal.
Her wedding dreams were realized on March 28th – two years exactly from her very first date with Karl. Belva chose Carleen Bright Arboretum as her venue, which fit perfectly with her simple and elegant palette of whites and ivories. She didn’t have to stress about any details, thanks to spot-on planning and coordination by Weddings by Shauna. Wolfe’s did a stunning job with bright, fresh, and fragrant florals on every guest table, and a breathtaking display of greenery for the ceremony site. ARC Events and Pendley Party Productions provided the soft white table linens and beautiful white pipe and drape that covered the walls of the venue, as well as classic place settings for each guest. The elegant white cake and petite fors were excellently done by Simply Delicious. Everything was exactly as Belva envisioned – right down to the waffle and coffee bar by Blanek’s Custom Catering!
