With a groom who is all masculine outdoors, and a bride that is all things girly, why not combine the two for a French country wedding? That’s exactly what Mary Hope and Shane did – and the result GORGEOUS!
Let’s start with Shane’s proposal – which was SO romantic, by the way! He took Mary Hope out to a beautiful piece of property (owned by a dear friend) surrounded by ancient oak trees and a picturesque creek, guided her down a path lined with rose petals (ROSE PETALS!) and popped the question. The answer was, of course, YES! The bride and her mother got to planning the very next day. One of their first courses of action was to hire a wedding planner – and thank goodness they booked with one of the very best! According to Mary Hope, Shauna Hamby guided them on their selection of vendors, took every detail of their vision into account, and made their dreams come true. “She’s fabulous!” With a rustic indoor/outdoor wedding venue, Mary Hope added a feminine touch with blush pink bridesmaid dresses from Georgio’s Bridal. Maginficent florals in shades of ivory and light pink framed the couple’s six-tier white wedding cake by All Sugar’d Up. The entire venue was decked out in crisp white linens and other tasteful décor by RSVP Event Rentals and Pendley Party Productions
The lucky guests enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Lone Star Tavern and Steakhouse, and afterward danced the night away with Wall of Sound Productions.
